Kimberly graduated from BYU with a Bachelors in Psychology, served an LDS mission, and then went back to school to earn a Masters Degree from Washington State University in Counseling Psychology in 2007. She loves to read, cuddle with her kiddos, eat ice cream, and trade stock derivatives.

Despite her degrees, she took a fairly circuitous route into the professional counseling field. She worked in Higher Education for several years, at University of Idaho for Student Support Services (while earning her degree), and also Washington State and Boise State Universities in Financial Aid. Later she worked at a financial planning firm where she worked mainly with clients around retirement.

But, as thrillingly predictable as risk analyses and investment return calculations, she felt the call to come back to her love for counseling and working with people through life’s challenges. Her focus is working with individuals suffering from Betrayal Trauma, or other types of complex relationship traumas.

She is action and results focused, and believes strongly in each individual’s innate abilities to move them toward healing and growth. She believes in the importance of establishing positive interpersonal connections, practicing healthy relationship patterns, and in owning your own story and personal empowerment as being critical to healing from traumatic life events.

*** This therapist is recognized by the Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists as being trained in the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model (M-PTM).

Kim is currently the Director of the WORTH Program

Karen Gilmore graduated from BYU with a bachelors degree in Social Work and then completed a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Utah.

She has worked in a variety of settings working with adults, children and families. She worked at mental health facilities doing mental health therapy for many years and has specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing and healing from trauma. She then moved to Southern California where she worked with the Children’s Bureau of Southern California doing in-home prevention work with at risk children and families. She became the program manager and later the Director of Community Services for Children’s Bureau in the Antelope Valley Region.

When they moved to Colorado, Karen was able to work as a school based social worker with elementary school children. That was an ideal way to balance work and be still be on the same schedule as her children. Upon returning to California, she was asked to take the lead on a grant to create a mentoring program for at-risk youth ages 7-17. She recruited and trained mentors, identified the youth for the program, matched the mentors with youth and facilitated monthly group activities.

She currently has a private practice in Southern California where she lives with her husband and one of her three children who is still at home.

If you’d like schedule an individual therapy session with Karen and you live in California or Utah, you can reach her at 661-902-1962 or karenheals3@gmail.com.

Jody is a native Texan born in Oak Cliff hospital in Dallas during the time of poodle skirts and car hops. She is your typical 4th generation Texan who loves ice lemonade, wide open landscapes with star filled Texas skies and mesquite smoked barbeque.

Her goal was to become a Child and Family Therapist so she could reach out and help those struggling with personal and family issues. Jody is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has a private practice in Arlington, Texas.

Jody is often asked to speak for conferences, firesides and workshops and has spent the last 4 years traveling all over Texas speaking to groups about Pornography addiction and recovery. Hi! I am Staci!

I worked hard for many years to “fix” my marriage but when my husband retracted his commitment to recovery, I knew I had to move on with my life in order to be whole again.

Leaving my marriage of 18 years and worrying about how it would affect our children was the most terrifying thing I have ever done.

I believe divorce isn’t the first choice or the desired outcome in a situation like this, but I know that God wants us to have joy and to be healthy. My main goal is to help you see that you can create happiness again wherever you are at.

I graduated with a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor LPC, NCC. I’ve spent countless hours studying betrayal, counseled 3000+ hours, and led many support and divorce support groups.

For the last 5 years I have been working as a Certified Betrayal Trauma Coach and Divorce Coach. I’ve helped many women who are working hard on their marriages preparing for disclosure, those who are contemplating divorce, and those who are experiencing the aftermath of divorce.

Whichever path you are on, I’d love to walk with you, support you, and help you reclaim safety and peace.

When you feel stretched beyond your capacity or find yourself struggling in your relationship with others, it can be hard to find joy in life. In these moments, it is overwhelming to identify where to start to shift out of survival mode and begin to embrace a life of thriving.

When you take the courageous step of reaching out, I will meet you where you are, be an empathetic witness to your pain, and walk beside you in your journey of healing. Whether the circumstances of your pain are the result of less effective choices you’ve made or the shattering effects of others’ choices, I am here to infuse hope into your story.

Having walked the road of betrayal trauma healing myself, I am intimately aware of the impact that betrayal has on the betrayed partner.

When the person you trust the most betrays you, you start to question who is safe and who you can trust—and those questions are first and foremost aimed at yourself.

Questions like “Why didn’t I see it?” “Why am I not enough?” and “Why can’t I make even the smallest decisions anymore?” are common in the aftermath of betrayal. Your brain is trying to make sense of something that doesn’t make sense.  It is normal to feel betrayed by yourself in these moments.

Learning to trust yourself again and feel safe in your own skin is one of the hardest and most rewarding endeavors you will ever undertake.  And.  The effort you put in is yours to keep.  The future you is cheering you on!

I am a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and Marriage and Family Therapist student intern (MFT-si), with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and also have specialized training to work with individuals and couples healing from infidelity and betrayal trauma through the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model (APSATS) and the Early Couples Recovery Empathy Model (ERCEM), including the additional training to work through the “Help Them Heal” method of couples healing.

I am a certified Deconstructing Gaslighting Specialist (DGS) and have been trained as a Full Therapeutic Disclosure Guide.  I am also a Mindfulness Based Addiction and Trauma Therapy Scholar (MBATT-Scholar) and have found a mindfulness-based approach to be an important part of healing from both trauma and addiction.

This is your “now” but it is not your “forever.” There is so much light and hope and happiness ahead. You don’t have to walk this road alone. When you make the decision to reach out, I am here to help.

Specialized Trainings Include:

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy
  • Board Certified Coach (BCC)
  • Multidimensional Trauma Partner Model (APSATS Dual Certifying CCPS-Candidate and CPC-Candidate)
  • Full Therapeutic Disclosure (CDG-C)
  • Deconstructing Gaslighting Specialist (DGS)
  • Mindfulness Based Addiction and Trauma Treatment (MBATT-Scholar)
  • Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model (ERCEM)
  • Help. Them. Heal.
  • Omar Minwalla training in progress (DSTT)

Marquelle BrownCan you identify a time when your moods/feelings/thoughts have overpowered your values?  For example: “I planned on going to workout and I don’t feel like it.” “I value doing …, but I don’t feel like it.” Would you like to learn some tools to help you go from where you are to where you want to be?

  • Are you wanting to learn how to manage stress effectively and regain control of your life?
  • Are you looking to enhance your mental clarity and emotional resilience?
  • Are you wanting to develop self-mastery to be able to follow through with the things you said you were going to do.
  • Are you tired of feeling constantly drained and lacking energy?
  • Would you like to learn how to default to your best self and act instead of react?

Hi, I’m Marquelle and my mission is helping women and teens who have lost their identity and whose life has fallen into disorder with self-sabotage, self-doubt, self-loathing, lack of motivation, and procrastination in different areas of their life.  I specialize in helping women and teens re-discover their inner beauty and experience the joy of wellness spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

I help individuals free themselves from runaway thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that hold them back from their highest potential.  I enjoy helping those struggling bridge the gap where they continue to fall short to learn and develop skills to stand in their truth and shine in a confused world by helping them remember their value, establish self-confidence, use different tools to help them follow through with their goals, and discover other areas of personal growth and development they want to focus on.

I am passionate about helping others learn how to use these tools and principles to empower their lives and to know what the real battle is, knowing who they are fighting(Satan) and how to fight to win their battles.

I began my Eternal Warriors Mentor training, in January of 2015 when I  was experiencing many challenges with my marriage, which led me  later to find WORTH to heal and recover from betrayal trauma.  Learning the principles and techniques in Eternal Warriors has changed my life. I am forever grateful for the tools and principles I have learned in the Eternal Warriors program and other programs at Life Changing Services. I offer others hope.

I have been successful navigating through my own difficult trials, one, helping my daughter, who was sick with a compromised immune system, recover, and who now lives a normal life without any restrictions.  I have also recovered from betrayal trauma and a collapsed marriage, which me and my husband have worked to repair and continue to strengthen our marriage. Through these seemingly impossible trials I have learned resilience, endurance, and how to rely upon Christ and stand “steadfast and immoveable” always keeping my eye single to His glory.

My faith, determination, and commitment to be patient, humble, and trust the Lord have helped me receive inspiration and guidance to overcome hard things.  Through my experiences my compassion and empathy have deepened which has increased my perspective and capacity to hold space while assisting those seeking guidance and creating changes in their life.

Marquelle has six wonderful children ages 12 to 26.  She is married to her husband, Chris, who is a chemical engineer, who loves to read and play basketball.  Marquelle enjoys music, being outdoors, riding horses, animals, cooking, and spending time with her children.  She loves helping others “Experience the Joy of wellness.” Marquelle and her family live in Collinsville, OK.

Eternal Warriors is a self-mastery training program designed to instill within your mind and spirit the power and tools needed to override temptations and develop self-mastery to default to your best self.

Are you ready to bridge the gap and go from where you are to where you want to be?

I can help you move from what seems impossible to the possible.

What will your life look like, feel like, and sound like when you stay aligned with your values and accomplish the tasks you set to do?

Heidi believes that no matter the external circumstances of your life, it is possible to live a life of joy.

She empowers women by helping them carve a life vision that speaks to their heart and then live a life that will allow that dream to come to fruition. Through both individual coaching and the Eternal Warriors program, she teaches them to control those things that are in their control, and give the rest to God.

Heidi found LCS  and the WORTH group ten years ago while in the depths of betrayal trauma. She was facing depression, hopelessness, and fear that her life would never change. As she learned about boundaries and empowerment, her life changed for the better as she began to live the life she had always dreamed of.

During her time in the WORTH program, she has taught mentor classes and is now a Sister-in Arms, working with women new in the program to kick-start their healing journey. Her love for empowerment taught in the WORTH group led her to further those skills with the Eternal Warrior program. She loves the partnership she has built with God during these years and is excited to help empower other women and their families.

Heidi received her Life Coach Certification from the World Coach Institute in 2016. Her initial certification was in Parent, Youth, and Family, but she has since expanded her skills to include empowerment coaching. She also just finished training to receive her first Coaching Credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Heidi lives in rural Southern California on 2 1/2 acres of sand and Joshua Trees with her husband of almost 3 years, a combined five kids, one son-in-law, one granddaughter, three dogs, and three chickens. She plays the piano, gardens, spends time with family, and loves dreaming about and planning for all the amazing adventures ahead of her.
